  Your profile, your guests' names and relation, and phone numbers you give. Registration records are kept for event administration until the university removes them.

• Payment receipts

  Seen only by finance. Deleted 180 days after the event.

• Entry and gowns

  Entry scans, and gown collection and return. Staff actions are audit logged.

• Where it lives

  Stored in the Mumbai region (India).
